Book Structure with Ryan
We ceated our desine by folding the sheet of paper the long way untill it was only about an inch tall. The we folded it into a triangle shape in which we then taped the one corner together so that it was attatched. Our structure was able to hold 18 books.
Straw project (Bob and Trevor)
We put the straws inside eachother and since we were limted with tape we used straws to tie together. We made a criss cross with the straws to hold the base and then made a square connecting the straws to hold the middle of the structure.
1) problem was that the base wasn't sturdy enough
2) The straws became disconnected
3) The bendy part of the straws made an unbalanced structure
If we would of had more time we could of cut off the bendy part of the straws and made a bigger base.
